Are you disturbed by
Harbourfront Centre noise?

Be part of the solution!

If you are bothered by loud music from Harbourfront Centre, you can help control the noise by loging your complaint. The information will go to YQNA and the City's Municipal Licensing and Standards (MLS) that monitors noise. Councillor Adam Vaughan told us that using MLS is our only way to enforce the City's noise by-laws, so please participate.

Also, send your friends and neighbours this website and urge them to participate.

We were told that NOBODY complained last summer. That is not true, so we need this tracking system to make our voices heard.

Thousands of residents next to Harbourfront Centre enjoy their events and concerts. The noise level improved last summer, but too often it's still out of control. So get active and help enforce the noise by-law!

YQNA and the City's noise control (Municipal Licensing and Standards)
will compile our data, which is needed to enforce Noise By-Laws

Folks, that's what we need to do!
No further involvement !

City By-laws* protect us from unwanted noise in our homes,
but only if we speak up!

*City of Toronto Noise By Law: "No person shall make, cause or permit noise of vibration at any time,
which is likely to disturb the quiet, peace, rest, enjoyment, comfort or convenience of inhabitants of the City."
